Scoliosis
Scoliosis is a condition that affects the spine and rib cage, causing them to rotate and curve. It typically appears in early adolescence and can lead to chronic pain, systemic issues, and self-image concerns if left untreated. Our clinical practice has successfully helped dozens of teens and adults with scoliosis, with all four patients who were initially advised undergo surgery no longer needing it after using our method along side other myofascial body work from a Musculoskeletal Therapist. We recommend weekly visits during the initial phase and monthly follow-ups during periods of rapid growth.

Anxiety Disorders & Clinical Depression
For those struggling with mental health disorders integrating the body with the nervous system is crucial for long term remission. Often psychological and medical interventions alone are not sufficient to help those suffering long term PTSD. Yoga is historically THE method that addresses the bio-psycho-spiritual aspects of the individual, however interventions including some mindfulness techniques need to be skilfully selected techniques can increase sensitivity in some individuals. Using classical yoga movement & breathwork, polyvagal & dynamic neuromuscular integration techniques we have helped many individuals achieve a state of balance by getting out of their head and into the body and able to bring both into a full life.

However, classical Yoga techniques have proven to be effective in managing chronic gut health and even bringing patients into complete remission. Spectrum Disorders
Spectrum disorders manifest both physical and psychological signs and symptoms. Neurological spectrum disorders, hypermobility and myofascial connective disorders are often consanguineous. We address proprioceptive and neuromuscular functional using proven neurological rehabilitation techniques & classical yoga techniques. We have helped many young people with low tone and co-morbid neurodevelopment issues feel more connected and in control of their bodies. The "yoga" world is full of people with underlying genetic hypermobility issues - some of which are exacerbated by doing yoga!
