It typically appears in early adolescence and can lead to chronic pain, systemic issues, and self-image concerns if left untreated. We recommend weekly visits during the initial phase and monthly follow-ups during periods of rapid growth.

Anxiety  Disorders & Clinical Depression

For those struggling with mental health disorders integrating the body with the nervous system is crucial for long term remission.  Often psychological and medical interventions alone are not sufficient to help those suffering long term PTSD. Yoga is historically THE method that addresses the bio-psycho-spiritual aspects of the individual, however interventions including some mindfulness techniques need to be skilfully selected techniques can increase sensitivity in some individuals. Using classical yoga movement & breathwork, polyvagal & dynamic neuromuscular  integration techniques we have helped many individuals achieve a state of balance by getting out of their head and into the body and able to bring both into a full life.
